01. Our 30-day refund period
You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchasing a paid Roroqevantrix course. This policy applies even if you have downloaded or opened the materials. You do not need to give a reason. Free materials have no purchase payment to refund.
02. How to request a refund
Contact customer support using the details on the Contact page or reply to your order email. State that you would like a refund and include your order email, course name and payment reference, if available. If you cannot find the reference, provide enough information for us to locate the order. Do not send full card details. A clear request sent within the 30-day period is sufficient.
03. Processing your request
We acknowledge and review requests within two business days. Once the purchase is identified and the request is eligible, we initiate the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the request. Refunds go to the original payment method where available. The provider or bank may need additional processing time before the credit appears.
04. Missing or incorrect materials
Contact us if the files were not delivered, are unreadable, or materially differ from the course description. We will arrange a replacement or another remedy required by applicable law, including a refund where appropriate. The 30-day voluntary period does not limit statutory remedies for defective or misdescribed digital content.
05. Duplicate payments and cancellations
If you believe you paid twice for the same order, provide the payment references so we can check and refund a confirmed duplicate. There are no subscriptions to cancel. An unpaid visit to the payment page does not create a charge.
06. After a refund
A full refund ends the personal-use license for the refunded materials. Delete the supplied course files and do not continue sharing or using them, except where applicable law permits. No physical return is required.
07. Your consumer rights
This voluntary policy is additional to statutory rights, including any applicable cooling-off or withdrawal rights. Opening or downloading the materials does not by itself remove those rights under this policy. We do not ask you to waive statutory withdrawal rights through a purchase button. If local law provides stronger protection, that protection applies.
