Where should I begin?
Start with Free Blueprint if cybersecurity is new to you. The catalog shows a level and a topic for each course; the course page explains the assumed knowledge.
What format are the courses?
The courses are written digital materials in English: a PDF course with examples and worksheets. A device with a PDF reader is required. Live classes, hosted labs, software licenses and certification exams are not included.
Do I need to purchase the courses in order?
No. Each course is a separate purchase. Read the prerequisites and choose the topic that matches your current knowledge. Arc Map is an integrated review course, not a bundle of the other titles.
How do payment and delivery work?
A course’s purchase button takes you to a separate payment page. After payment is confirmed, course files or a download link are sent to the email supplied with the order within two business days. If checkout does not collect an email, contact us with your receipt and delivery email. There is no physical shipment.
Is this a subscription?
No. The listed amount is a one-time course price in EUR. Review the total and any applicable taxes on the payment page before confirming. A purchase does not include a promise of future editions.
Can I request a refund?
Yes. You can request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase, including if you have opened the materials. See the refund policy for the request process. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Will a course provide a certification or a security assessment?
No. These are educational materials for self-directed study. They do not provide accreditation, a professional qualification, a security audit or assurance that a real system is secure.
